Sign up and we'll create a unique fundraising code for your group, plus a ready-to-use promotion kit — flyers, social graphics, and email templates.
2. Spread the word
Share your code with students, families, friends, and the whole community. Anyone can use it — grandparents, coworkers, neighbors.
3. Earn automatically
Every booking made with your code earns your group 20% of the pre-tax total. We track everything and cut you a check when your fundraiser ends.
What Could Your Group Raise?
Your group earns 20% of the pre-tax total on every qualified booking. A typical booking runs $120–$180 before tax — so each family that books earns your group roughly $25–$35.

Common Questions
Who can run a fundraiser?
Schools and nonprofit organizations within 40 miles of our Overland Park location, with a community of at least 25 families. Booster clubs, PTOs, teams, bands, clubs — and multiple groups at the same school can each run their own.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There's nothing to buy and no upfront cost. Your group earns 20% of every qualified booking; there's nothing to lose.
Do families pay more when they use our code?
No — bookings are charged our regular published rates. The code simply directs 20% of the pre-tax total to your group.
Who can use our code?
Anyone! Families, friends, neighbors, coworkers, grandparents. The more people you share it with, the more you raise.
How long does a fundraiser run?
A standard window is 4–6 weeks — we'll set exact dates together when you sign up. Bookings must be made during your window, but the games themselves can be scheduled for later.
When and how do we get paid?
Your check is ready 3 business days after your window closes, made out to your organization. Pick it up at Tick Tock, or we can arrange to mail it.
What counts as a qualified booking?
Any booking made with your code during your window, paid in full, at regular rates. Full details are in our Fundraiser Terms.
