Game Master General Description: This job is unlike any other! We are looking for enthusiastic, creative staff members with good communication and problem-solving skills. Our games challenge people in a variety of scenarios to perform a series of challenging puzzles during a 60-minute window of time and escape before the clock stops. 

Specific Job Responsibilities: 

• Greet players enthusiastically when they enter. 
• Present rules in a clear, engaging manner
• Pay attention to multiple escape rooms to provide timely hints when needed
• Manage time and flow of each escape room to ensure players have a great time and escape 
• Reset rooms in a timely manner and follow the checklist
• Perform cleaning duties, including but not limited to bathrooms, escape rooms, and lounges. 
• Perform light maintenance, including but not limited to using hot glue, power tools, and paint. 

Qualifications

• MUST be available to work a SATURDAY shift and a Friday or Sunday shift. 
• Be confident speaking in front of small groups and commit to treating every guest with genuine care
• Be able to work independently and manage the guest experience from beginning to end
• Process a good understanding of technology usage and troubleshooting techniques. 
• Have a high level of focus and attention to detail
• Possesses excellent problem-solving skills
• Have humility, a teachable spirit, and be able to handle constructive feedback
• Be a team player and get along well with others
• Have integrity and keep all information related to the business, transactions, consultants, vendors, customers, and managers confidential.
